Oasis Tooling, Inc. develops tools,
verification technology and computational
infrastructure that assist with the development,
verification and optimization of CAD, EDA, mask
pattern generation and database technology using
the new mask layout exchange and interchange
format called Open Artwork Systems Interchange
Standard (OASISTM).
Texas Instruments purchases OASIS
Verification Technology.

mixed in with our unique tools and flows.
Routinely monitoring flow and tool behavior
in this very complex, highly integrated and
time-critical environment helps us isolate
potential problems and fix them before they
become bottlenecks or silicon issues. Oasis
Tooling's test cases have been a substantial
addition to our ongoing efforts (including
our efforts with our OASIS suppliers) to
ensure that our work is not unduly
interrupted by any new additions, bugs or
needed changes to this flow."
